Da Lat Dawn Cà Phê Đen Đá (Iced Black Coffee)

  • Ingredients: 20g Da Lat Dawn Robusta & Arabica Mix (medium grind), 120ml hot water (195-205°F/90-96°C), 1 tsp sugar (optional), ice.

  • Steps: Place Phin over a glass. Add coffee, press lightly. Pour 20ml hot water to bloom (30 sec). Add 100ml water, cover, drip (4-6 min). Stir in sugar if desired, pour over ice.

  • Taste: Bright tropical fruit, velvety hazelnut, spicy cinnamon zest—Da Lat’s morning glow!
