Saigon Drip Cà Phê Sữa Đá (Iced Milk Coffee)

Saigon’s bold pulse in a cup!

  • Ingredients: 20g Saigon Drip Pure Robusta (coarse grind), 120ml hot water (195-205°F/90-96°C), 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk, ice.

  • Steps: Place Phin filter over a glass with condensed milk. Add coffee, press lightly with screen. Pour 20ml hot water to bloom (30 sec). Add 100ml water, cover, let drip (4-6 min). Stir, pour over ice.

  • Taste: Intense dark chocolate, rich caramel, smoky finish.
