Ingredients: 20g Hanoi Haze Pure Arabica (coarse grind), 100ml hot water (195-205°F/90-96°C), 1.5 tbsp sweetened condensed milk, 1 tsp sugar, ice.

Steps: Set Phin over a glass with condensed milk and sugar. Add coffee, press gently. Pour 20ml hot water to bloom (30 sec). Add 80ml water, cover, drip (4-6 min). Stir, pour over ice.
