Office Coffee: Vietnamese Coffee for Your Team

Short answer: PHIN supplies Swiss offices with single-origin Vietnamese coffee, as whole beans for your bean-to-cup machine or ground for a filter or phin. Companies with a trade account buy at trade prices, with lower prices at higher volumes, and we deliver anywhere in Switzerland from Winterthur.

How much coffee does an office need?

An espresso uses about 8 g of beans. Ten people drinking two coffees a day over 21 working days need roughly 3.4 kg a month. Our 1 kg bags are the practical size for most offices.

How to order

  1. Request a trade account on our wholesale page. Once we approve it, trade prices appear in the shop when you are signed in.
  2. Order online like any customer, in 200 g, 500 g or 1 kg bags. Larger quantities get lower prices automatically.
  3. We deliver anywhere in Switzerland with Swiss Post. In Winterthur you can also collect at Tösstalstrasse 227 by arrangement.

Do you supply offices outside Winterthur and Zürich?
Yes, anywhere in Switzerland by Swiss Post.
Will Robusta damage our machine?
No. Robusta is in most supermarket espresso blends. Our coffees are medium and medium-dark roasts, not the very oily dark roasts that cause problems.
Can we try before we commit?
Start with a 200 g bag of each coffee at retail prices, or the gift set, which holds all three. Switch to 1 kg bags once the team has picked a favourite.
