Phin was born from a simple idea: to share the soul of Vietnamese coffee — slow, bold, and deeply human, with the world.

In Vietnam, coffee isn’t just a drink. It’s a ritual.
A moment to pause, to talk, to reflect. The Phin filter, our namesake, turns brewing into a slow, mindful experience where each drip counts.

After moving to Switzerland, we realized that while coffee here is everywhere, time rarely is. So we set out to bring a different kind of energy, not fast and rushed, but calm, connected, and full of flavor.

At Phin, we combine Vietnamese tradition with Swiss quality, sourcing responsibly from smallholder farms, blending premium Robusta and Arabica beans, and designing packaging that honors both cultures.

Every cup tells a story, from the misty highlands of Dalat to your quiet morning in Zurich.
