-
Prep & First Pour
Place the Phin filter over a cup. Add 2-3 tablespoons (15-20g) of coarsely ground Saigon Drip, Da Lat Dawn, or Hanoi Haze coffee. Shake to level, press lightly with the filter screen, then pour 20-30ml of hot water (195-205°F / 90-96°C) to bloom the grounds. This kickstarts Vietnam’s soulful brew, awakening bold flavors.
-
Slow Drip
After blooming for 20-30 seconds, slowly add 100-120ml more hot water, filling the Phin. Cover and let it drip for 4-6 minutes. The slow drip unlocks intense chocolate (Saigon Drip), tropical zest (Da Lat Dawn), or citrus glow (Hanoi Haze), capturing the heart of Vietnam’s coffee culture.
-
Serve & Savor
Pour 2–3 tbsp velvety condensed milk into a glass brimming with ice. Drizzle the Phin’s dark, potent brew over the top, stirring to meld sweet silk with coffee’s bold heart. Savor the chilled, creamy dance of Vietnam’s timeless spirit.
