• Viet Ha

Vietnamese coffee kid, Switzerland-based dreamer, and professional overthinker of every label, flavour note, and website button.

I am the one behind the website, strategy, product direction, and all the tiny details that somehow become very important at 2 a.m. If a button moved, a product title changed, or a flavour note got rewritten five times, it was probably me, proudly overthinking it with a cup of PHIN nearby.

  • Jovin Forster

The calm energy in the PHIN team and the person who makes big ideas feel a little more possible.

I take care of marketing and make sure our coffee does not just sit quietly on the shelf looking pretty. I turn ideas into campaigns, stories, and content, usually trying to make Vietnamese coffee sound as exciting as it tastes, without letting the team start ten new ideas before finishing the first one.

  • Maurice Macsay

The smooth talker, taste tester, and vibe checker of PHIN KAFI, Maurice brings the energy, the conversations, and the confidence to get our coffee noticed

I take care of sales and bring PHIN KAFI out into the real world. I am the one starting conversations, meeting partners, and convincing cafés, shops, and curious coffee lovers that yes, Vietnamese coffee is bold, smooth, fun, and absolutely worth trying.

Story

PHIN KAFI started with a simple problem: we missed real Vietnamese coffee.

Not the “almost Vietnamese” kind. Not the coffee that tastes like it came with a long explanation and no soul. We missed the bold, chocolatey Robusta, the slow drip from a metal Phin filter, the sweet condensed milk, and the little moment of silence while the coffee does its magic.

So we thought: why is it so hard to find this in Switzerland?

PHIN KAFI was born from that question.

We are a student-led Vietnamese coffee startup based in Switzerland, created to bring the everyday coffee ritual of Vietnam to people here. Our coffee is not about rushing. It is about slowing down for a few minutes, watching the drops fall, and enjoying a cup with character.

Our products are inspired by the streets of Saigon, the mountains of Da Lat, and the quiet charm of Hanoi. Each blend tells a different story: bold, smooth, bright, nostalgic, and very Vietnamese.

We believe Vietnamese coffee deserves more attention. Robusta is often underestimated, but in Vietnam, it is strong, honest, full-bodied, and unforgettable. That is exactly what we want to share.

PHIN KAFI is for students, coffee lovers, curious people, homesick Vietnamese, and anyone who wants their coffee to taste like more than just caffeine.

One Phin. One cup. One slow drip at a time.
