Order Processing
We aim to process and ship your order promptly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently ship within Switzerland only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Orders over CHF 60 ship free of charge.

We ship exclusively via Swiss Post (Die Post), with two delivery options:

- Standard shipping: 2–3 business days
- Express shipping: 1–2 business days

Executive Hand-Delivery
For a truly personal touch, select Executive Hand-Delivery at checkout — a PHIN founder will personally deliver your order to you.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll fill in your tracking number and send it to you by email.

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, or events outside our control. Please see our Terms of Service for full details.
